DELIVERY INFORMATION & PRICING
NOTE: Delivery address, MUST be the same address as shown on your credit/debit card statement
The delivery & insurance charges on your order are based on the following rates:-
•For Orders up to £10.00, including VAT – Delivery Charge £2.99
•For Orders £10.01 & over, including VAT – Delivery Charge £6.99
•For Orders £120.00 & over, including VAT – Delivery Charge £8.99 (generally sent by overnight courier, 1st class insured recorded, or special delivery)
•Optional OVERNIGHT DELIVERY from despatch (Monday-Friday. non guaranteed timescale, although 97% delivered next day 9am-6pm) no delivery on weekends. Add only an extra £2.00 on orders £10.01 & over (Add £6.00 on orders up to £10.00).
Orders £120.00 & above generally already sent by overnight courier (except very bulky items such as large Juke Boxes as indicated at additional cost) If delivery required on a Saturday, or guaranteed next day before 10am or 12 noon, this can be arranged in England & Wales and parts of Scotland (mainland) please enquire. •Note that the above charges apply to GB mainland only (ie England, Wales & most of Scotland)
Royal Mail post/Parcel Force: Northern Ireland, non mainland GB & Scottish Highlands, islands & Grampian up to 6kg & Small international orders up to 1.5kg generally covered for £8.99 total delivery. Please tick the £8.99 carriage box if this is required.
If Courier/overnight delivery required, or order will be over these weights (or just to confirm carriage costs!): For Scottish highlands, islands, Grampian region, non mainland GB, Northern Island, Eire and INTERNATIONAL, please e-mail us for a specific quotation of carriage costs (Click Here)
NOTE: If International (inc Eire): please do not order heavy, bulky goods, or any item likely to exceed 1.5kg without enquiring carriage cost (or areas as shown above up to 6kg). Otherwise if Worldpay payment processed and later cancelled a 10% handling fee is charged, therefore please e-mail enquiry (Click Here)
•Digitel Technology Ltd reserves the right to alter the delivery charges at their sole discretion
•Orders will normally be despatched within 10 days of receipt and delivery should be within 5 days of despatch (in the UK). If ordered as Overnight delivery & out of stock, the goods will be sent by Overnight delivery when back in stock
•If product(s) are out of stock, Digitel Technology Ltd will contact you. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery
•Certain items may be subject to delivery and handling surcharges due to hazard, weight or quantity. See our web site and catalogue product description for more details
• If you receive a delivery that has been damaged, please note "damaged parcel/contents" on the delivery note and retain all the original packaging and contents. You must contact Digitel Technology Ltd by PHONE before 3pm the day after the delivery of your goods, we shall issue you with a returns authorisation code. This must be noted on the form enclosed with your goods. You must also confirm in writing by e-mail, fax, or recorded delivery post within 2 days of receipt of damaged parcel
• ALL parcels must be checked for damage and quantity BEFORE being signed for. Write on delivery drivers form if anything is missing or damaged, otherwise write “unexamined” on Post Office or Courier delivery sheet where signing, otherwise no compensation can be claimed in the event of damage or missing parcels
• We will e-mail you to inform when your goods have been despatched. If not received within 7 days if posted, or 4 days if sent by courier, inform us in writing by e-mail, fax or recorded delivery post, no more than 2 days after timescale (above) has passed. No compensation can be claimed otherwise.
